Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and pack it back into its original shipping box, ensuring all components and hardware are securely protected.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated courier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Inspection and Refund
